Order Confirmation:
When you submit your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. This means that we have successfully logged your order in our system and have pre-authorized the designated credit card for the transaction.
Once the order is received, we will reach out to our suppliers to verify the stock availability for immediate shipment. If the product is on backorder or currently unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and communicate this status to you through email.
If the product(s) is available for immediate dispatch (within a span of 2 business days), the transaction will be processed, and your order will be readied for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If the stock availability of your order is confirmed and the associated credit card charges processed, your purchase will be dispatched within 2 business days from the order date.
Handling times will vary slightly depending on the product and vendor so check the product pages to confirm. We send tracking details to the email address you provided during the checkout process within 24 hours after departing from our warehouse.
If you do not receive this tracking information within four business days from placing your order, we encourage you to reach out to us at sales@shoppergolf.com.
Shipping time from date of order is typically between 5 and 7 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on the product handling times so please check the product pages to confirm. Most shipments are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Shopper Golf does not ship to PO BOX or APO/FPO addresses.
Depending on the value of the item being purchased, some orders may need a signature confirmation upon delivery.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info. Once an order shows as “Delivered” to the shipping address, as a result of the tracking information provided through the freight/shipping company, Shopper Golf is not responsible for any “nonreceivable” situation. Shopper Golf will not provide a replacement or refund on “Delivered” orders.
Please contact the freight company provided in the tracking details if the order is out for delivery but has not arrived in the shipping timeframe.
Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer permissible. For further details, please refer to the "Cancellations" section below. When the tracking information provided by the freight/shipping company confirms an order as "Delivered" to the specified shipping address, Shopper Golf is not accountable for any instances of a 'nonreceivable' order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
No Shipping outside the lower 48 States in USA.
Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours to avoid paying the 3% merchant processing fee. For cancellations on orders which have been shipped, the customer is responsible for shipping costs as well as the 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Orders cancelled after shipment are treated as a regular 30-day return item and return shipping & restocking fees may apply.
Returns
We understand circumstances change and that's why we're happy to offer our customers a 30-Day Returns/Exchange Policy at Shopper Golf. We ship all your orders directly from the manufacturer to ensure you get brand new products with full warranty included from the manufacturer. Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Customers are responsible for a restocking fee and return shipping if they return the product. Any return requests submitted beyond the 30-day deadline will not be considered.
To start a return process, you can contact us at returns@shoppergolf.com and we will respond to your request within 24 hours.
Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment. After your return is processed, you will receive your refund in 7 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
If a certain manufacturer or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be outlined in the product descriptions on the product page or in the product-specific return information.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.*
Note: The sale of software and subscription sales are final and non-refundable.
Note: Shopper Golf only sells to purchasers who intend to use the product(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a conference venue or trade show, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
Note: Shopper Golf's policy is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Note: Products that qualify for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. If a product shows clear signs of wear and use or is missing parts, to the extent that Shopper Golf will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be treated as a refurbished unit and a *40% restocking fee will be applied.
Note: Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.
Note: Shopper Golf will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted shipments due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please check the address you have provided for delivery carefully. If an error has been made here, please contact us immediately to amend the delivery address.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

When you are making a purchase from Shopper Golf, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:
- I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Shopper Golf within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
- I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
- I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
- I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, that I am unable to receive a full refund.
- I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 20%.
- I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Shopper Golf.
- I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Shopper Golf such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If there is any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery (note: FedEx packages may not require signature). If your product(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage along with a brief description of the damage to support@shoppergolf.com immediately on the day of delivery. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Report any punctures or evident external damages within this 24-hour window. You need to keep the original packaging and box for any items that need to be returned. Once processed, a claim will be filed with the carrier, who will pick up and return the package. Items that become damaged after post delivery use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Chargebacks
Our dedicated team is here to offer assistance and address any concerns. Rest assured, we're in your corner. We are responsive to your issues and will endeavour to help and provide the best resolution.
With that said, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received your order, or have an problem with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and Shopper Golf will help you resolve your issue.
